The next-gen version of FIFA 21 will be released worldwide on December 4 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. FIFA 21 gets an upgrade in the form of lightning-fast loading times, the most realistic, smooth player movement ever in a FIFA game, authentic match experiences in stadiums and unprecedentedly detailed players, made possible by deferred rendering and lighting. The games on the PlayStation 5 will also get haptic functionality thanks to the new DualSense controller.
Players who purchase or have already purchased FIFA 21 for Xbox One and / or Playstation 4 between now and the launch of FIFA 22 will receive the Xbox Series X | S and / or PlayStation 5 version of the game they purchased for free once the new games will be released in December. Players will keep their progress and content in Ultimate Team and Volta Football in FIFA 21. More information about the next-gen version of FIFA 21 will be revealed in the coming weeks.
